Renew your self-care routine this summer

With the sunny days rising, do you want a better time to stay close to what's good for you?

No doubt this is an essential practice in women's daily lives to improve different areas, and fashion can be included in this personal project too, right? Let's hit the road!

Check the high-priority tasks to get them out of the way and make room for adventure. The idea is to bypass the pre-planned routine so that you feel encouraged to experience new things - and self-care directs you to what really provides fulfillment. Take a walk in your neighborhood, go for a swim, visit a park, or hike a trail. The important thing is to get out of your comfort zone and get some much-needed sunbathing (before 10 am or after 4 pm) for your health. Remember: make sure you apply sunscreen before going out and reapply regularly. And drink plenty of water!

 

Bet on fresh food

Self-care gives you a break, because you get away from the worries of your busy daily life and turn your attention to what's going on in your inner world. Including the choices on your meals. In summer, the body asks for a light menu, with a variety of fruits, vegetables and greens. These are foods that refresh and facilitate digestion. Summer makes you want to get out of the house more than winter. So, why not disconnect from social networks, huh? Come on, woman! Face this season as a collection of unique days that want your full presence, especially if you have kids and pets. In fact, nothing will happen if you keep watching what others do during the same period. Organize digital wellness goals and focus on unraveling the unique life you have out there.

 

Who knows, you might surprise yourself with a new hobby or a passion? By the way, you can invest in that course you put aside months ago to elevate your career or because you are just curious. Or learning a new language, or taking your first dance class.

 

After these incentives, develop a complete body self-care routine, with massage, exfoliation, hydration, skincare, everything you deserve and have a right to! Don't forget to add your feet to this practice, since they are exposed to high temperatures and need rest and protection.

Self-care has many forms. It depends on what you find relaxing and rejuvenating. And summer opens chances to experiment. You can switch from physical activity inside the gym to outdoors.
